Flexi Care & Support...
The Team
The service employs a skilled, reliable and flexible work force that is committed to providing good quality care services to individuals.
Team members receive training relevant to working with our customer base and additional bespoke training to meet individual client requirements. They are supported to gain appropriate qualifications, training and development to enable them to provide a high-quality service.
We follow advice from the Care Quality Commission, Skills for Care, Social Care Information Service and the Social Care Institute for Excellence to identify best practices in training and development for our employees.
The service is overseen and supported by a registered manager with the Care Quality Commission and service managers who are skilled in delivering high quality services.
Jared Stewart
Care ManagerI have worked within the Health and Social care sector for 8 years.
Beginning my career in care homes working in residential settings, EMI and Nursing units, during this time I gained a good background of knowledge in many areas: end of life care, person centred care, medication administering, and team leadership are a few to be named.
I progressed to Senior Care on the residential unit which opened opportunities for myself development. During this time, I worked towards my NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care.
I have only been at Flexi Care and Support for a short while but in this time, I have been made to feel very welcome and supported greatly by the team and the people we support.

AdministrationHi, my name is Tracy Whincup, and I am the Administrator at Flexi Care & Support.
I have worked at Flexi Care & Support for the past 2 years, during this time I have had to learn from scratch on what is expected of me working as an administrator in domiciliary care.
I am the voice behind the telephone. “Flexi Care & Support Tracy speaking” passing you over to one of our exceptional managers to further help with your enquiry.
I support our managers in many ways to enable them to focus more on the service and its clients.
I have worked in administration for around 20 years. My roles have mainly been in schools as an administrative officer and then for the NHS as a team leader in administration. Both of these roles gave me an extensive amount of knowledge in working as administrator. I gained my level 3 in business and administration whilst working in schools.
